Returns and Refunds
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. To start the process, log in to your profile on the website, select the order you're interested in, and complete the return request. Once the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used.
Shipping
Shipments are made within Italy and internationally via selected couriers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally between 2 and 5 business days.
