Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays). Orders are shipped via specialised couriers using appropriate packaging to ensure that the goods are adequately protected.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Italy (excluding islands): 2–3 business days from payment confirmation;

• Italian islands: 4–5 business days;

• European Union: 5–7 business days;

• Non-EU countries: delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Delivery Conditions

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check that the parcel is intact and that its contents correspond to the order placed. In the event of tampering, damage or other irregularities, the Customer is advised to accept the delivery subject to inspection or refuse the parcel, immediately notifying both the courier and Customer Service.

Shipments are insured until delivery. FANGO S.r.l. shall no longer be liable once the Customer, or a person authorised by the Customer, signs for receipt of the parcel without noting any reservations.

Any storage costs or costs resulting from failed delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence may be deducted from the refund due to the Customer in the event of a return.
